This was a fun project. I used large needles, large yarn, and an easy stitch. I call this cowl Easy Peasy. And as most of you know I love to use variegated yarn and I love the layers of color I got out of this skein. The autumn colors really standout on this brown sweater. Yes, I know this is not fall but I really wanted to wear this before our Nebraska winter transitions into spring. I have had this done for a couple of weeks. I hear we may get our last snow fall at the end of the week. It is not unusual though to get snow in April.
Easy Peasy Cowl

Pattern: Double Seed Stitch (Multiple of 4 sts +2)
Row 1 (RS): K2, *p2, k2,rep from * across.

Row 4: Rep Row 1.
Rep these 4 rows for Double Seed St.
Cast-on 40 stitches (or number preferred for cowl width) using invisible (provisional) cast-on. This gives you live stitches to finish project as a continual fabric.
Knit using Double Seed Stitch pattern until desired length is reached. Attach beginning end to ending end by using the Kitchener stitch. I like to put a twist in my scarf or you can leave it in a straight circle.
